Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Bookmarked website with an ampersand in it’s name.

  2. Ampersand does appear in bookmark edit box for name.

  3. Ampersand does not appear in bookmark menu list.

Expected result: No love for ampersands in bookmark names?

It happens. But after saving the bookmark, you can edit its name/title.

Firefox usually preserves & , provided the page title used &.
