Allow to block a background image

Please allow to block the specific background image that is displayed.
Ideally allow to blacklist certain kinds of images.

For example, I’m seeing a lot one of 2 men fighting (KC 44, karate.com). I don’t want to see images of violence like that.

If you know the name of the image, you can write a custom filter.
