Description of the issue:: all my tabs gone

How can this issue be reproduced? no

Expected result: my tabs back

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.60

Mobile Device details iPad Pro 2021

Additional Information: I still have my history working + brave still takes about 900mb of storage.
