How am i supposed to know they’re volunteers?
Anyway, i found this to be essentially an insulting answer to a serious question
asked after having interminable difficulty getting a helpful answer from your
AI that actually worked. A LOT of time and energy and nothing but frustration.
Besides, i earlier wrote to Privacy at Brave and got an “answer” that went on
and on in unintelligible techie talk in an attempt to deflect my evidence that
AI was off the rails because somehow it took a subject i had brought up in one
chat and started addressing it in the middle of a completely different chat on
a different topic many hours later, so of course i felt it was tracking my computer.
This is beyond concerning and flies in the face of everything you purport to stand
for.
My reaction to this answer to my current question was based on the fact that
i felt it was rude. It was totally flippant and the message was essentially, “tough
luck, that’s the way it goes; our system is a complete mess.” So what do you
expect in reply to that?! This is anything but professional. You are being rude to me,
treating me as if i am of no account, my time and energy are of no account, and i
should put up with nonsense answers. You should do a better job of screening
volunteers.

I, and the Community Ninja do not, therefore we are not employees, we are just volunteering our time to help people when the developers are busy elsewhere. Do I wish the devs were more active here? Absolutely, but they are busy people and I understand that. That’s why we try and help. We just ask for a little respect is all.

That said, I’m not seeing this on my end. In fact, I can’t get Leo to refer to itself as anything else, even when using memories:
