Aggregate Topic: Unable to connect to Uphold

Hello, im trying to connect to my uphold account, it’s the correct region and it’s only one account, it says on uphold that is connected but on the brave mobile I am getting the error: sorry but an error has occurred I have the screenshots, it’s on Portuguese, can someone help me? Thank you

Same problem. Wallet got disconnected. When I try to reconnect, it fails with, “Your request is still being processed”.

Briefly describe your issue:
I was logged out of Uphold in Nightly (my other Brave on the same computer remains logged in), I tried logging in & got this message: https://tinypic.host/image/0YZBk

thinking it might be simply an issue of cache and/or cookies I deleted them & tried again, no change, I then emptied Brave Rewards profile (or what ever it’s called) and tried connecting my Uphold account to the browser, still no change.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using?

I have been experiencing these issues for the past few weeks now and it is most frustrating. I am getting stuck in a loop of the error of being unable to connect my Uphold account (“try again later”) with my Brave rewards. Trying to re-initiate the process just results in the same issue each time - this is true for all of my devices that I have been trying to reconnect on (desktop PC, laptop PC).

I have tried connecting with both the Brave shields enabled, and disabled - to no avail. For what it’s worth I followed all steps properly to get my account set up prior to the end of October (and it was functioning fine after doing so). I only recently started noticing that I was logged out on my devices and didn’t think it was an issue until I tried to reconnect back in November or December and received the error, so tried again a few days later, and again thinking it was just some temporary issue, or I was missing something.

I am trying to connect on my brand new laptop (just Brave installed - no addons or anything else added) and received the same error/am experiencing the same issues, so I know that this is no longer due to user-error and at this point don’t believe it will resolve itself and we need Brave development intervention.

This has been most frustrating - I am asking that you please prioritize resolving this issue.

For a few days now I have not been able to connect my uphold wallet to Brave to collect rewards.

It started happening on all my devices : Linux (desktop), Mac OS (desktop) and android (mobile)

Briefly describe your issue:

After finishing the verification process on Uphold, I keep getting this error message:

"Your request is still being processed, please wait.

Sorry there was a problem processing your request, please try again."

If I press the “Try Again” button, it simply continues to fail.

When checking brave://rewards-internals/, I see the following log:

[Jan 02, 2024, 9:55:55.5 AM:ERROR:post_connect.cc(94)] Unknown message!
[Jan 02, 2024, 9:55:55.5 AM:ERROR:connect_external_wallet.cc(185)] Failed to connect uphold wallet!

When checking the “Integrations” section of the Uphold Dashboard, it says that Brave Browser is connected.

Also, I did check previous threads about the same issue, but no actual resolution instruction is specified anywhere.

Problem happens on the desktop versions.

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?

Yes, I even had BAT being transferred to and from my account.

Please, don’t keep posting. Jus wait for solving the issue

Same problem here under Linux, thought Brave is up to date.

I could connect my wallet on my pc but not on my mobile device (I tried twice). Thank you a lot @steeven and the team support !!!

@steeven I tried three times to connect with my mobile… nothing, I couldn’t connect

If you are having trouble connecting your Rewards profile to Uphold, please remove the Uphold app from your device and attempt to verify through the Brave browser.

Its been like that on my pc for 8 months or so, but dont really use it and only recently its on my phone
Dont like how this forum layout either its just all jumbled im happy though if everything works then i dont need come on here
