After Closing Brave it logs off every single account on every website

Description of the issue:
After restarting the OS I have to login again in every website.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open Brave.
  2. Log in into any website.
  3. Close Brave.
  4. Restart the OS.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Websites require login again

Expected result:
Websites to still be logged in after restart

Reproduces how often:
Every single time

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Archlinux - wayland hyprland compositor
Brave Version 1.59.124 Chromium: 118.0.5993.117 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
1 - Cache is not configured to clear on exit.
2 - Used to work, something changed in the last few days.
3 - Asks to open kdewallet every time I start Brave, did not use to do that before.
4 - The Brave-Browser folder in .config is populated and with correct permissions drwx-----.
