I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a restriction on my Brave Rewards earnings.

I previously contacted the support team about a region mismatch (US was accidentally selected instead of Vietnam). I have since attempted to correct the setup.

However, I am currently experiencing a critical issue:

Brave Ads are appearing on my screen (both Notification Ads and New Tab Ads), but the BAT earnings are NOT being added to my “Ads received this month” counter (it remains at 0 or a low number despite viewing ads).

This symptom indicates that my wallet is still in a “flagged” (restricted) state on your servers, preventing my valid attention from being counted.

I kindly ask you to investigate my account status immediately and completely remove the server-side restriction (unflag my wallet) so that I can begin earning BAT legally again.
