I can’t find where to set what a new tab opens.
Did I not phrase correctly ?
what I do is local apache server gives a web page of frequently visited links and locally stored information pages.
I find it more convenient than bookmarks
new release does open local home page of apache links page at start but I would like new tab to open local home page and also not to have the bookmarks bar.
I can’t see how to do that.

Apologies for late response.
Brave have no setting to set New Tab Page for now. As a workaround, you can install extension from Chrome Web Store that can override Brave’s NTP.
