Address bar to web page - Brave Search webpage not fully rendering

Description of the issue: type address in address bar and hit enter. Web page loads up incorrectly. So I have to use Google so everything loads correctly.

I am using Windows 10 Ver 22H2. Brave Browser Ver 1.87.191

Please EDIT YOUR ORIGINAL POST (“OP”) above, in order to include:

  • Brave Browser version numbers
  • Operating System version numbers

In a Brave Browser New Window, go to: brave://settings/clearBrowserData

  • For Time range > All time, using the Basic tab
  • Enable Cookies and other site data
  • Enable Cached images and files
  • Click the Delete data button

Restart Brave Browser, and, using a Brave Browser New Window:

  1. Visit https://search.brave.com
  2. Click the “tune” icon to the left of the https in the URL address field
  3. In the pop-down menu, click Site settings
  4. In the resulting Site Settings Details window, try > click on Delete data (might not exist?)
  5. Next, in the same Site Settings Details window, click on Reset permissions (definitely exists)
  6. Close the settings page.
  7. Reload the https://search.brave.com webpage
  8. Click the “tune” icon
  9. Make sure that JavaScript is Enabled
