Adding Memory Saver button when Right Clicking on tabs

I feel that there should be an option when on right clicking tabs to sleep the tab (or activate memory saver for that tab) as for weaker computers and less ram, Brave can really eat up ram so adding in a button that can let you control memory saver on individual tabs will help with saving more ram and making Brave run smoother.
