As my book mark bar grows bigger, I have an ideal to help sort them.
So I found that deleting the name gives you a small icon and I really liked that, So I made my most used sites as icons to save space and it just looks nice.
But I also like to use folders, when I get into a new hobby I create a folder for it, then when I lose interest it slowly moves off my bar and towards the back.
So my request, is to give folders an update!
Have the ability to re color your folders, so I can look thru my folders without naming them and also save space on the bar.
Then to take it a step further is to add a custom icons, For example I could get a google G icon and put all the google app shortcuts in it.
Or like my 3d printing folder I can have a cube, honda, honda logo, parts a gear or tool, ect..
You could even have a set of basic icon to use or import a custom one.
Another little pet peeve about folders, when adding a url, I drag it over, but my instinct is to just hover over the folder and let go, thinking it will be on top. But you have to actually wait for the folder to open then set it in place. I’ve lost so many bookmarks due to this, I’ve gotten use to it but its still annoying
