Currently, there is no “Select All” option in the Bookmarks Manager on Brave for Android. To select multiple bookmarks, users must tap each one individually — which becomes extremely frustrating when managing tens or hundreds of bookmarks.
Requested Feature:
Add a “Select All” button that appears in the top action bar when entering multi-selection mode (long press on any bookmark). This is a standard UX feature available in almost every file manager and bookmark manager on Android.
Why it matters:
Users who want to bulk delete, move, or export bookmarks are forced to tap each item one by one
This severely limits productivity and makes bookmark management nearly unusable at scale
Chrome, Firefox, and other Android browsers already support this feature
Expected behavior:
Long press on any bookmark → enters selection mode
A “Select All” icon/button appears in the top bar
Tapping it selects all visible bookmarks in the current folder
User can then delete/move them in one action
This has been a requested feature since at least 2021 (GitHub issue #18766) and is still missing. Please prioritize this for an upcoming release! ![]()
