Description of the issue:
The “Add RSS Feed” toggle for the toolbar does not do anything for me. I can visit various blogs but it never activates despite being on.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Enable “Add RSS Feed” in Brave options for toolbar

Visit any blog with known RSS feed

Nothing happens.
Expected result:
Expect some sort of icon or indication in the URL bar, maybe near the Brave Shields icon, that an RSS feed has been found. But nothing happens. Google’s RSS subscription Chrome extension sees the feeds no problem.
Is Brave just not seeing them somehow? Or is the option toggle itself not doing anything?

Additional Information:
See proof image. Setting is enabled, but nothing shows up when visiting a famous blog. The Google RSS extensions turns orange to show that it identified a feed.
