Add Quad9 and Cloudflare 1.1.1.2 as DNS providers

Cloudflare 1.1.1.2 is the malware filtering version of 1.1.1.1 and currently requires manual setup. The same is true for Quad9. These DNS providers actually respect your privacy while being fast and good at stopping malware and phishing. These should be added as an option to the default list of DNS providers as they are privacy respecting and good at filtering malware.
