Add button to send crypto from asset page

I only use the Brave wallet occasionally, but every time until now, I couldn’t figure out how to send ETH from the ETH screen.

If I click on Account 1, there’s no Send button there either:

Eventually I stumbled about the Send button somewhere else in the UI, but its absence in these two screens is really weird.
