Add an option on settings that allows you to disable notifications and notifications requests permanently.

I have never felt the need to use browser notifications.

Yet, 60% of the pages I visit are prompting me requesting my permission to send me notifications, a request I always have to go out of my way to deny.

Most of these pages aren’t even pages I visit with frequency, but rather some random page that I am visitting for the first and last time.

It’s really annoying having to deny notification requests left and right while browsing.

Instead of making it a case by case scenario, users should be able to just enable an option on settings saying they’re not interested in notifications and avoid all that irksome hassle.

1. Navigate to Settings --> Advanced --> Privacy and Security --> Content Settings --> Notifications
2. Click Add in the Block list
3. Type the following in as the URL https://[*.]:443

You will now have blocked all notifications for every site you visit.
