Add advanced features to adblocker

I would be very interested to see who is targeting me with ads, Adnauseam has a feature that captures advertisements that it blocks and displays them in a special window so that users can see who is targeting them, its other main feature is that it clicks every single ad to throw off data collection, but the ad is not loaded, it is downloaded and simply discarded, Brave should so something similar to not just increase privacy, but to show our displeasure with being tracked. However, Adnauseam does not work well with brave shields, which is the best adblocker in the industry, which is why such features should be an option for brave shields.
