Add a setting to block the loading of embedded TikTok videos

On some pages, embedded TikTok videos load and start playing automatically which is very annoying. Please add a built in way to block these.

While on TikTok, click here then Site Settings:

Then under permissions, look for Autoplay, then change it to Block.

This should make the videos start “paused”.
