Currently, the Reading List in Brave desktop can only be accessed through the
Sidebar, which is inconvenient for users who don't want to keep the Sidebar
enabled just to open their saved articles.
I'd like to suggest either of the following improvements:
1. Add a customizable keyboard shortcut for opening the Reading List
(there is currently no default shortcut for it, nor for opening the Sidebar).
2. Alternatively, allow users to add a "Reading List" shortcut button to the
right side of the address bar, similar to how Chrome and Edge expose their
Reading List button in the toolbar.
Either option would make the Reading List much quicker to access without
having to enable or hover over the Sidebar.
