Add a feature of downloads button like in microsoft edge

I used to use edge for many months but because of performance issues I started using brave I have been using brave for 1 - 2 months the only feature in microsoft edge I liked was the downloads button it helps to access the downloaded images or pdfs (or whatever you have downloaded) and the bar that comes in the bottom of the page while downloading something takes much space and looks ugly
