Accidental purchase - Brave subscription refund

Dear team Brave,

I would like to request a refund for my Brave VPN subscription.

I only signed up for the trial period. I was not notified before the charge was made.

Kindle assist me with a refund at the earliest.

I couldn’t. Because I don’t have Premium Account Invoice number​.

So I ended up requesting a refund from Apple.

That was highly nefarious considering you were told the following:

It is NOT the merchants issue if you couldn’t read that a field is OPTIONAL, and effectively issuing a chargeback because of your inability to read, shows your characters cards imo.

You also conveniently didn’t respond when told it was optional either, but did respond when asked for a follow-up, only to reveal you issue chargebacks, which is NOT a good look on you if this happens to be a pattern (I sure hope it isn’t, it can affect your credit score).

Just like it’s convenient for a LOT of people to “oops I didn’t mean to order this”, yet go through the whole thing, read everything, and choose intentionally to forget. No no, that’s not the merchants fault. :sweat_smile:
