A website shows not secure symbol but it is using HTTPS. Am I secure?

I visited https://www.computerhope.com/forum/
It is showing not secure symbol but it is using HTTPS.

Another website I visited is https://lancehub.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
(Note: https is strikethrough and red in color)
This time I get a error message:-

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from lancehub.com (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards). [Learn more]
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
Option to advance or return back to safety

Is the first site I visited secure (as it is using HTTPS and not showing any error message) ?

i reviewed the site and found a non-https link that is causing the leak. you can fix this by blocking the resource

the resource in question is warn.jpg.

open inspect element when visiting the site.
click the network tab in inspect element
reload the page.
click img tab in the network tab of inspect element
find warn.jpg.
right-click on warn.jpg and click block resource url

Thanks Dgenies, I have blocked the resource url.

Can such leaks be harmful or pose any security risk?

If yes, then is there any function in brave browser to prevent this by default rather than reviewing every website (showing not secure symbol) to find the cause of the leak?
