A capcha form doesn't work in the private with Tor

Hello. In the private window with Tor a capcha does not work at a particular web page. Lots of terrible problems revolve around capchas, but this one looks simple and probably has a simple solution. The form fails to react when I enter the letters and numbers and push “Submit” or hit “Enter” there. Nothing happens. This seems like something to do with basic Javascript, and this version of Brave (Windows 7, updated to the max for the 32-bit) does not have anything installed or specially configured about that. I specially disabled all of the extensions just in case. The issue is not on the server side, because the same form works in the real Tor, albeit there are inconveniences and problems when using that browser farther along the way.

While I’m comparing the real Tor and the Tor mode here, another question: would video download extensions work for an onion site here? The site in question has videos without a download option, but it’s nothing copyrighted, probably just an oversight or lack of concern on their part. I cases like this in a regular window I copy the video or page link and, chances are, one extension or download website on the Internet will be able to pull down the clip. Are there any that work for onion sites?

By “real Tor” you mean, the TOR browser(?) (that is a modified Firefox Internet browser) at:

On occasion, it may be better to use the Tor browser, than to use the built-in Tor Onion Service of Brave Browser. Also see:

rCAPTCHA/reCAPTCHA - by Google
hCAPTCHA - used by Cloudflare

Same concept, but differences in some mechanism details - I would imagine.

rCAPTCHA/reCAPTCHA - requires access to the Google Eco-System/Sphere

hCAPTCHA - requires access to the Cloudflare systems

Sometimes, satisfying those hosts’ checklists, is difficult / impossible.
