9gag header not loading correctly

Description of the issue: 9gag header not loading correctly, but with greater hight than nomal, minimizing viewing space verticaly as shown in snip below

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. using desktop computer with windows 10

  2. site: 9gag.com

  3. same result regardless of brave window size, with or without shiled activated and on private tab

Expected result: correct display should have one third size of header when viewing from top (under bookmarks bar) to bottom of header (9gag menu)

Brave 1.81.136 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Chromium: 139.0.7258.143
