5 Months without receiving a payment, they appear in rewards but not in Uphold

I have made posts/comments before and they always tell me to wait because it will work out… but the reality is that they never get to Uphold.
The problem is that the BATs are added month by month in the rewards section.

But I never really receive them in uphold

My uphold account is verified

Try go to brave://rewards/ and click in “Retirar fondos” (Withdraw funds)

It appears that, the same for depositing, if I enter uphold normally nothing happens…

It is strange, try again tomorrow or later.

I reconnected the wallet and it comes in normally, but when I click on withdraw it takes me to the uphold account, and it doesn’t have the BATs.
