@Pablo0666 not sure why I never asked, but have you tried clearing cookies or clearing cache? Actually I’ve been seeing a lot of other people starting to have the same issue you are so there’s something on a bigger level but I’m still trying to figure out what it is. So I am looking to see if anyone can try that little step to see if it makes a difference. Beyond that I know Steeven had referred this over and the team is investigating.
I tried that the first day the problem started. Nothing changed, I’m almost a week now and Brave mobile just keeps trying to finish the process.
Ok, thanks for getting back on that. As I keep seeing people on different operating systems having the same issue, I’ve been trying to get it sorted out. Just didn’t have anyone check on cookies, so hoped that was it. On Android some noticed difference when they uninstalled Uphold from their phone and cleared cache. So hoped that was going to solve yours.
It’s the last day of the weekend and staff will be back soon. Hopefully they get it figured out in the next couple days, though I’m never holding my breath. With limited staff, a lot of things seem to take weeks or longer.
I really hope you to solve it soon. It is very annoying and does not allow linking to Uphold.
Any news? Have you heard anything yet?

Did you rename the BAT card in your Uphold dashboard by chance?
No. I have never renamed anything in Uphold. I have no reason to do so. Everything is by default.
Looks like we’ll need your logs to track this down.

It worked. My Brave Mobile is now linked to my Uphold and the message that it was in process has stopped appearing. The bats from the pc and the mobile are in my Uphold account. @steeven
