I’m a middle-aged married guy from Canada. I’m a humanist who enjoys working with computers, particularly my passion, Linux. I’m also interested in politics and science, especially astronomy, a newly rekindled interest.

When the weather is nice, I like to go out for long walks for fresh air and exercise. I enjoy meeting new people and chatting.

Until recently I was heading up a Linux User Group in my hometown which I founded over 20 years ago. We still meet over Jitsi (like Zoom but free and open source and without time restrictions) but mainly just for socials. You can check us out at https://plugintolinux.ca if you’re at all interested.
