I see in the screenshot that you are correct. It appears to not be showing your subscription page as it should. I tried to reproduce on my Android device, but it loaded subscriptions just fine.
I do remember some desktop users having strange issues on YouTube if the Shields filter “YouTube Anti-Shorts” is enabled. If you happen to have that enabled, try disabling it and refreshing the Subscription page."
