YouTube Web Interface Freezing & Random Audio Cutouts

Description of the issue:

When using YouTube via the Brave browser shortcut, I am experiencing two major issues:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Comments and Description Freezing: Opening the comments section or video description frequently causes the web page to freeze. While the video continues playing in the background, the UI becomes completely unresponsive, preventing scrolling or interaction. I have to repeatedly close and reopen the comment/description section to restore responsiveness. In some cases, even force-closing the Brave app and reopening it does not resolve the frozen UI.

  2. Random Audio Loss: Recently, audio randomly cuts out during video playback without any user interaction. The video continues to play silently. Fully closing and reopening the Brave app restores the audio, but this fix is temporary. This issue is particularly frustrating when listening to long-form content or podcasts while driving, as it requires manual intervention to get the audio back.

What Brave version are you on currently?

If you visit Settings → Media, do you have any of the Youtube filters currently enabled?

Im in (version 1.93 (136))

And yes i have blocked youtube shorts from the sitting and that the only filter I have for the youtube in the media in the sitting.
