When I watch two YouTube videos or Twitch streams at the same time, they both start buffering for a long time. The same thing happens when I have just one stream or video open and I auto-scroll down. I have hardware acceleration enabled; if I disable it, the issue goes away, but I’d prefer not to do that.
I just reinstalled my PC. I never had a problem with this before.
Does anyone have any tips to help me fix this? It’s getting pretty annoying.
