YouTube shorts progress bar not working in brave browser Android mobile

Description of the issue:

When I open YouTube in brave browser android the normal videos the progress bar works fine but when I try YouTube short the progress bar becomes not interactible I tried this in other browsers like Google Chrome it worked just fine. before brave also worked fine. Pls fix this

temporary fix I found, I noticed that whenever I save to watch later in YouTube, specifically yt short videos, it makes the look like a normal yt video thx to this it makes the progress working again, so I do that.

Expected result: it just want to see a specific part of the video

By the way, a workaround you can use is to add the Brave Adblock filter “Youtube Anti-shorts”. I don’t have an Android phone right now, but it’s quite easy to find in the Brave settings last I checked.
