# YouTube Music Popup

**Description of the issue:** suddenly you tube music keeps having a pop up in the middle of the screen that says open in the youtube music app

**How can this issue be reproduced?**

1. open Youtube music in browser on android phone.

2. a black box pops up and says Open in the youtube music app

3. two choices. not now or open

4. 

**Expected result: no pop up would be my guess**

**Brave Version( check `About Brave`):Brave 1.98.60, Chromium 156.0.8078.48**

**Mobile Device details Android 16; Build/W1VDS36H.50-38-5-3**

Can you test and see if you get the same pop-up in any other mobile browser? Also, if you tap `Not now` does it let you continue to browse/stream from the site?

If I tap the not now it does let me go on and then it doesn’t interrupt again. It’s just that it’s something new that hasn’t ever happened in the brave browser with me and it only happens on YouTube music it doesn’t happen on YouTube if I go to like Chrome or another browser it pops up the full page try YouTube premium but not every time. In YouTube music on the brave browser once I press not now it usually doesn’t come back up not that it’s not something I can’t live whereas it’s just that it’s new.

It’s good to know that it’s not actually breaking the site in any way. You can try blocking the element on the page by landing on the site, waiting for it to appear, then tapping the Shields icon, then `Advanced controls > Block element`.
