Description of the issue:
When watching a video on m.youtube.com in Brave on Android, leaving Brave and then returning causes the fullscreen video to be shifted downward. The bottom portion of the video is clipped, and the same offset affects Picture-in-Picture mode.
The issue only occurs when Android is using the classic three-button navigation bar. Switching to gesture navigation completely fixes the problem.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Open
m.youtube.comin Brave. -
Start a video and enter landscape fullscreen mode.

Leave Brave (either by tapping another app notification or by using the app switcher).

Return to Brave.
Expected result:
The video should return to fullscreen without any offset or clipping.
Actual result:
The fullscreen video is shifted downward by a constant amount (approximately the combined height of the Android status bar and Brave’s address bar), causing the bottom portion of the video to be clipped.
If PiP is activated, the PiP window has the same incorrect offset.

Additional Information:
Rotating back to portrait and then landscape does not fix the issue.
The issue reproduces whether Brave is left via a notification or via the app switcher.
In Chrome, leaving the app pauses playback instead of entering PiP, and the issue does not occur.
