YouTube Community: can't login to upload video/image

I was posting on my channel’s community page, but when I tried to add video/image I get this screen:

I click “login” but nothing happens.

If you change Cookie to Allow all cookies from shield does it allow you to upload? Could you try and check if it works?

If you block third-party cookies by default, you should see which third-party cookie should be accepted, and add it to the cookie preferences.
