YouTube comments section not showing up (Brave Shields already disabled)

Description of the issue: The comments section below the description of any YouTube video is not showing up. Initially, it was without Brave Shield, but I have tested it with and without it.
In other browsers such as Opera and Edge, it is showing up normally, as well as in Brave for Android.**
Expected result:** Return to the YouTube comments section

Brave Version: v 1.82.161

Additional Information: The problem arose between September 5 and 6.

Exactly same issue here, with and without shields, cookies cleared etc.
