Wrong cash value on harmony

I am trying to convert from Metamask to Brave, but have difficulty displaying the correct cash value of my tokens in Harmony network. Can someone help?

Harmony’s One token.

Wrong Harmony ONE cash value (again) and work around no longer works

Try this out:

  1. Go to brave://settings/wallet/networks and click on Edit for your Harmony network

  2. Change the Symbol field to Harmony and then click Submit

  3. Now go back to brave://wallet and see if the correct Price value is showing up.

We are looking into better ways for fetching token prices for EVM networks.

In the meantime if you run into this problem with other custom tokens, you can search for that token on Coingecko and the last argument in the url is what you will want use for the symbol field. :slightly_smiling_face:

Example:
https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/harmony

You would use harmony etc…
