Will I be banned?

I tipped my own channel one time to see if it works, only 1 BAT. A few weeks later got an email saying this is not allowed and is considered fraud, am I okay since I didn’t know this back then and won’t do it ever again? Or will I be blocked and banned? I didn’t think anything was wrong with testing it.
