Why i am getting low cpc (cent, bat poin) in notification advertisement

I am noticing that before 12 may I was paid 3 sent or 0.030 bat for each notification advertisement click but now I am noticing that it is very low these days I only paid 1 cent or 0.005 bat point. What is the reason please answer
