Why haven't I been receiving BAT at all this month for browsing? I'm at 0 BAT right now

So far for most of March and early April, I have not received any BAT through browsing. I’m at 0 BAT for this month. What is going on?

I had very little about 0.28 BAT on my laptop.
Now it shows as 0.02 as my reward.
Broken.
