Why does Brave make it impossible to see my cookies?

Brave help gives the following FALSE information:

  1. Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings
  2. While in Settings, go to Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Site and shields settings → Cookies and site data → View permissions and data stored across sites
      • A quicker way to get to this page would be to enter brave://settings/content/all into your address bar
      • Here you will see all sites with cookies and data on your device
      • You can also remove all cookies and data by clicking Remove All
  1. At the top right, search for the site you want to remove cookies and data for

This does NOT allow me to see a single cookie! Please help me. I am really disappointed.

Sorry all! Some where in this 5-step process, I made a mistake. I finally got through! (I still wish it was simpler.)
