@DHhasf just a small easter egg in Chromium. You’ll see the same behavior on Chrome and other browsers. It’s a 
face, :D. Also should see a winking face 
;) if you open 100+ tabs in private/incognito.
But it also is kind of meant to say it’s overwhelmed with the number of open tabs and can’t display a numerical count anymore.
