White horizontal line (1px) across top of screen in fullscreen mode

Description of the issue:

Using latest version Mac OS (Golden Gate 27.0.1) and latest version Brave: Brave 1.96.60 (Official Build) (arm64) ; Chromium: 154.0.8037.93 - there is a white line of pixels displayed in fullscreen mode on most movies and video content across multiple platforms (Amazon Prime Video, Paramount Plus, Tubi, Youtube).

I found a thread of the same/similar issue from March:

I attempted all of the fixes discussed (ultra dark mode, rounded corners, vertical tabs disabled, etc.), however the issue persists

Additionally, it was stated in the thread that a permanent fix had been included in Brave 1.88.134 update:

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Step 1: Open any video in Amazon Prime, Youtube, Tubi, etc. and enable Fullscreen

Step 2: Observe the white line of pixels across the top of the screen

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

same white line of pixels uploaded to the github thread referenced above.

Expected result:

White line removed when viewing fullscreen content

Reproduces how often:

it’s replicable with every page where you can go fullscreen with the browser’s UI hidden, like a video, for example.

Brave Version(about:brave):

Brave 1.96.60 (Official Build) (arm64) ; Chromium: 154.0.8037.93

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):

yes

Additional Information:

Tested on Safari - does not have the issue

UPDATE: the issue is occurring when using fullscreen mode in current Firefox browser as well
