When playing itch.io games right click brings up browsers context menu when it shouldn't

Description of the issue:
When playing games on itch.io right click brings up the brave context menu instead of doing the action required in the game (or in addition to doing the action). This makes playing some games impossible.

I tested this in Chrome, Opera and Vivaldi and it doesn’t happen in those browsers. It only happens in Brave.

Is there a setting or something I can use to disable the context menu while playing games on itch.io?

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a game on itch.io, for example https://plasmastarfish.itch.io/pack
  2. In the Pack game, right click to open a suitcase or bag in the game
  3. context menu appears

Expected result:
no context menu appears

In Chrome, Opera and Vivaldi no context menu appears

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.80.122 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional Information:
I’m using MacOS Sequoia 15.5 if that matters.
