**Description of the issue:**
When I try to log into [https://proton.me/mail](https://proton.me/mail) it redirects me to the .onion version of the page and opens it in a private browser using tor. This happens for a few webpages including [brave.com](http://brave.com)

**How can this issue be reproduced?**

1. using the brave browser open [https://proton.me/mail](https://proton.me/mail) and click Sign in
2. i get directed to [https://account.protonmailrmez3lotccipshtkleegetolb73fuirgj7r4o4vfu7ozyd.onion/login](https://account.protonmailrmez3lotccipshtkleegetolb73fuirgj7r4o4vfu7ozyd.onion/login)

**Expected result:**
I would be able to open the page without using a private window

**Brave Version( check `About Brave`):**

### Release Notes **v1.60.118**
