Website Footer Not Showing in Brave (But Works in Incognito)

Hi Brave Community,

I’m experiencing a strange issue with my website https://hamnapharmacy.pk. When I open the site in the regular Brave browser, the footer does not appear. However, when I open it in Incognito mode, the footer shows up correctly.

Can someone help me figure out if this is a problem with the website code or something related to the Brave browser (like cache, shield settings, or an extension conflict)?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

@ethan_levy not quite sure what you’re saying specifically is missing. It seems to all load and is the same regardless of normal or private/incognito.

Well, that tells you it’s probably cookies or an extension.

@ethan_levy I agree with what @Saoiray says above. On my end I see the footer in Brave as expected. Tested on Windows 11 and macOS

Check the screen shot that I attached. I am on window 10 and in normal browser it doesn’t appear but in Incognito window it shows up.

Check here footer is displaying but not in normal window.

As @Saoiray suggested above, it’s probably your cookies or an extension in your main profile causing the issue.

You can test this by launching Brave, going to Menu --> More tools --> Add profile to make a fresh profile (it will not overwrite your current one), then closing your original profile window and then visiting https://hamnapharmacy.pk/ and see if the footer appears in the new profile.
