**Description of the issue:** The browser freezes, or starts sputtering – i.e. seems to continue trying to render, but an analogy for the behaviour is someone trying to learn to drive with a clutch – at some point (earlier or later) when rendering the site below. Even with Brave Shields down, it still freezes. **How can this issue be reproduced?** 1.
