I am post this msg here because of i didn’t get any response from @steeven last 1 week.
I have verified my wallet from mobile 10 days before and the balance is not credited to my uphold account.
I stuck with some issues with my mobile and i have restested my phone and i lost the BAT tokens.
Is there any updates when it will be credited back to my wallet…!!!
If you will reset your phone, obviously you will lost your BATs. To recover you BAT you will need your previous Wallet ID.
The team is working on a fix Payments not being deposited to your Uphold account
