Wait a little bit after user attention is detected

I’m not sure exactly how it works, it feels like it occurs once the mouse is moved. It’s a little sudden to hear the windows “ba-dim” notification noise the instant you move your mouse. If you wait a couple seconds, it’ll make it feel less like you did something wrong, in my opinion. Just thought to let you folks know that’s how it feels to me. Thanks!
