Description of the issue:

Vertical tab bar auto-open/close (show/hide) is misbehaving in Fedora.

Two issues:

The vertical tab bar correctly shrinks when the mouse moves away past the right edge, but when it moves away past the left edge it often does not contract.

When I have two windows open, the vertical tab bars open/close seemingly at random when the vertical tab bar in the other window is interacted with. I’ve seen variations:
win1 win2 both tab bars closed: mouse over win2 and both open.
win1 open, win2 closed: mouse over win2 and win1 closes(!?)
win1 win2 both closed, mouse over win2, mouse out from win2: both open but win1 stays open.

Basically the tab bars are opening when they should not, and staying open when they should not.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install brave on Fedora

  2. Set tab bar to vertical and auto-hide, open two windows

  3. Start moving the mouse around

Expected result:

Tab bars should only be open when the mouse is over them.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.93.136 (Official Build) (x86_64)

A recent update has made this better, thank you!!!
Now the vertical tab bar will consistently close on hover out, that’s really great.

However, with multiple windows (even with different profiles), the hover still triggers in multiple windows.
