Description of the issue: The upload button does not work on any website.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. It doesn’t work on any website but here is a random example: https://www.filemail.com/share/upload-file the add files button does nothing. 2. on websites that support drag & drop it works but those that only have the upload button it doesn’t
Expected result: The expected result is the pop-up window to upload the file
Reproduces how often: Always. Tried also with another profile, with Private window, disabled shield and disabled all extensions

Found this closed topic but didn’t help solve my issue: Brave freezes on Upload/Add attachment button
P.S.: Even the upload of the avatar in the Browser settings doesn’t work.
